Jana Caswell is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc. She is also the Principal of 2C HR Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Jana had a successful 25 year career in the human resources field. Her corporate Human Resources career began with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts at properties in Bethesda, MD and New Brunswick, NJ. She served over 18 years working with Darden Restaurants in Orlando, Florida, owner and operator of 8 restaurant companies, including The Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Longhorn chains and employing over 200,000 individuals across the United States, Canada and franchise operations in the Middle East and Latin America. During Jana’s corporate career she held progressively responsible leadership roles within the human resources function including responsibility for benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, labor relations, dispute resolution and training.
Prior to launching 2C HR Solutions, Jana was the Vice President of Strategic Employment Practices, responsible for the oversight of enterprise wide fair and legally compliant employment practices including; employee relations, wage management, dispute resolution, and labor relations.
Jana earned her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from American University in Washington, DC.
