Jeff Bartholomew

Jeff Bartholomew is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc. He is also the Principal of Everest Business Coaching, a consulting firm.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., and launching Everest Business Consulting, Jeff worked as a consultant with Williams-Sonoma in launching a new brand, west elm workspace, where he co-led a team that created and executed the marketing strategy, designed award winning products, located manufacturing partners and ultimately launched the company.
Before joining Williams-Sonoma, Jeff spent over 30 years with Steelcase, where he successfully held a variety of leadership positions in sales and global sales management, working on four continents in more than twenty countries.
As a Certified Business Coach, Jeff also served as the Director of Coaching and Development, coaching over 500 individuals while facilitating more than 2,000 hours of coaching. He has also trained 1,000 people on: Sales Techniques, Advanced Coaching for Leaders, and Conducting Global Business and Relating to Different Cultures.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with degrees in Marketing & Finance. Jeff serves on the board at the J. Whitney Bunting School of Business at Georgia College and as Chair of the Marketing Advisory Board.
