Steve Davis is a Leadership Consultant of Positive Management Leadership, Inc. Steve has been in his role since 2005.
Steve also founded Human Interactions, Inc. in 2005, an independent training and consulting company focusing on leadership development.
Prior to forming his own consulting firm, Steve had a successful 27-year career with Michelin North America, where he was a Human Resources professional. In his last of 15 years with Michelin North America, he served as a Corporate Training and Development Manager.
Steve is a Master Trainer certified with Psychological Associates®, The Performance ConsultantsTM. He is certified with Corporate Coach U, Inc. He is a licensed qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Herrmann Brain Dominance InstrumentTM/Herrmann International. In addition, Steve is a certified facilitator for AchieveGlobal, Inc. and a certified administrator of 360 assessments Skillscope®, Prospector® and 360 By Design/Center For Creative Leadership
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, NC.
Steve served as a past member of the Board of Directors for The Blue Ridge Conference on Leadership/Auburn University, and was a 2003 recipient of the distinguished George D. Heaton Award for Leadership.
