Bob Boyle is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Bob had a successful 35-year career of leading and implementing effective organizational transformation, innovation, and growth. His corporate career began as an Adjunct Professor & Research Fellow for Loyola University Maryland. He also served as a consultant for a variety of companies including Anderson Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, LLP and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Bob also served as the Chief Operating Officer for CarrierPoint, Inc. He also held a variety of executive leadership roles at Deere & Company, where he received the SVP’s Award for Innovation.
Most recently, as Vice President for Emerson Automation Solutions, Bob led the strategic planning for the Global Parts Business.
Bob holds a variety of certifications including, Certified Public Accountant and Management Accountant, Fellow in Production and Inventory Management, Integrated Resource Management
Supply Chain Professional, Project Management Professional, Essential Coaching Skills For Leaders from the NeuroLeadership Institute, ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance®, Master Coach Certification from John Deere.
Bob earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, holds a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Masters of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
