Charlotte Coker Gibson is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Charlotte had a successful 30-year career in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Human Capital and Corporate Citizenship fields. Her corporate career began with Points of Light Foundation in Washington, DC where she served as the Vice President of Corporate Volunteer Development and led the strategic planning and guided business market endeavors, while overseeing a team that cultivated relationships for fundraising, and membership and consulting engagements for nearly 200 Fortune 500 business members.
Charlotte also served over 20 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in a variety of Corporate Citizenship and Human Capitol roles. As Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she led the implementation of initiatives for the PwC US / Mexico Charitable Foundation, concurrently overseeing an operational budget of $40MM allocated across eight distinct programmatic domains. Additionally, she spearheaded the design and implementation of an early minority talent and leadership program across six cities and led the diversity and inclusion strategy and programming for thousands of partners and staff across offices in the Washington Metro region.
During Charlotte’s corporate career she served on a variety of professional and non-profit boards including, Bunker Labs, College Summit National Capital Region, America’s Charities and Executive Woman International, Inc. She currently serves on the Board for the WINGS Scholarship & Mentoring Program as well as the Conference Board Corporate Citizenship Strategy Council.
Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Administration from American University and holds a Corporate Community Relations Certificate from Boston College.
