Darryl Bennett is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc.
Before joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Darryl worked at the Clayton County Public School system as an Air Force Junior ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) Instructor in Hampton, GA. Darryl served over 22 years in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist, Enlisted Accessions Recruiter and a Health Professions Recruiter.
In Darryl’s last assignment with the US Air Force, served as a First Sergeant Human Resource Manager at Moody AFB, Valdosta, Georgia, where he was the chief advisor to the Commander (CEO) for over 350 personnel. In his role, Darryl handled policy development and implementation, problem and conflict resolution, corrective action and investigations, employee communication efforts and/or grievance processes.
Darryl earned his Bachelor of Administration Degree in Business Management from the University of Management and Technology and an Associates of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
In addition, during his Air Force active duty career, Darryl completed several Professional Military Education Programs (leadership schools) including the Senior Non Commissioned Officer Academy. He earned certificates as a Professional Manager and Professional Selling Skills (PSS). Darryl is a highly decorated Veteran providing a strong and distinct leadership perspective.
