In her role with Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Erin provides the firm with, financial consulting, tax and advisory services.
In addition to her role with PML®, Erin is the Senior Director of Finance at the U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation, where she leads the accounting team for two non-profit organizations working to support the Air Force Academy and its graduates.
Prior to her current roles, Erin was the Controller of two nationally known virtual companies that outsourced booking, accounting and operations services here she supported medium-sized businesses with accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, payroll administration and back-office services.
Erin began her career working at ASI, a company that provides and implements Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, like and Sage, for small to mid-sized businesses to help them manage operations, finances, and growth. During her time at ASI, she successfully implemented a custom integration between ASI’s CRM and ERP systems to facilitate invoicing to clients, streamlining processes and improving efficiencies.
Erin has served on several boards including the Pacific House of Mission, Protestant Women of the Chapel and Circle K International.
Erin earned her Masters of Accountancy – Taxation Track from Colorado State University and has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Accounting also from Colorado State University.
