Harold Bone is a Leadership Consultant for Positive Management Leadership, Inc. Harold has been in his role since 2005.
Harold has more than 35 years of experience in labor relations, employment law, employee relations, grievance administration, disciplinary corrective action, supervisory training and leadership development.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Harold worked for the State of Tennessee where he was responsible for negotiating with NAGE and AFGE public sector unions for the Tennessee Army and Air National Guard administrations. Harold was also involved in three successful decertification elections of SEIU, multiple defeats over Teamsters, Painters, 1199, UFCW and SEIU and obtaining two disclaimers of interest from existent SEIU unions.
Previously, Harold worked for National HealthCare Corporation, where he was responsible for union prevention and employment law issues with basic employee relations training for supervisors and executive management leadership symposiums. Prior to those positions, Harold worked for First American National Bank, Ford Motor Company, and Glass Division.
Harold earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Middle Tennessee State University.
