Lee Long
Sr. Program Manager, Positive Management Leadership, Inc.
Lee Long is a senior program manager for Positive Management Leadership, Inc. and has been with the company since 2001. Lee has trained and coached over five thousand leaders from Fortune 1000 companies in the United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Lee worked for Nationwide Insurance Companies for nine years as a direct response unit manager for the Texas region. There, she was responsible for generating personal lines sales, managing and training agents to cross-sell and client relations.
In her current role with Positive Management Leadership, Inc., Lee’s primary responsibilities include managing leadership development program content and materials. She is also a speaker, program facilitator and leadership consultant for the company.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in journalism from the University of Colorado and holds the professional insurance designation, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. She has served on several non-profit boards and currently serves on the steering committee for the Women’s Leadership Council of Greenwood.
