Steve spent over twenty years with Labor Relations Institute, Inc. where he helped companies remain issues and union-free. Steve’s core strengths include client consulting and developing union avoidance strategies, along with providing positive employee relations and communication leadership.
Prior to Labor Relations Institute, Inc., Steve held sales, operational and general management positions for companies including NAPA (Genuine Parts Co.) and Weyerhaeuser (Shemin Nurseries). Additionally, Steve served as the National Sales Manager for Sunrise Medical (Joerns Healthcare) and led the market expansion efforts.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. Steve resides in Roswell, GA with his wife Diane.
